- Breakfast sausage patties* Frozen potato rounds or hash browns* 6 eggs* 1/2 cup of milk* 1 cup of shredded Colby jack cheese
Directions
Start by browning the sausage patties in an iron skillet over your fire.1. $1Remove the sausage from the skillet, once cooked through and place on a paper towel to soak the residual oil. 1. $1Wipe out the skillet and layer the hash browns onto the bottom.1. $1Next, layer in the sausages. 1. $1In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and cheese until blended. 1. $1Pour over the sausage and hash browns and cover with a lid. 1. $1Set the skillet over the fire on the grill grate and allow to cook for 25 minutes, or until the egg mixture is cooked through. 1. $1Serve hot!1. $1
